How do I change my long run day?


There are two ways you can change your long run day:


  1. Click on training plans on the left hand sidebar menu. Select “plan history.” While many often select their race date for their end date, select a date matching the day you want your long run day to be on. For example, if you have a race on Saturday, June 7, select Sunday, June 8, if you want your long runs to be on a Sunday. Once you’ve changed the dates, hit “apply change” and the calendar will refresh. 



  1. Click on your name in the top left hand corner of the calendar. A settings window will open up with multiple tabs. Click on the tab “plan history” and you will see your current plans.  While many often select their race date for their end date, select a date matching the day you want your long run day to be on. Once you’ve changed the dates, hit “apply change” and the calendar will refresh.
