What does this workout mean?


It is important to understand the why’s and how’s of your McMillan Training plan so you can get the most out of it. Workouts typically fall into one of the three following categories: Endurance Zone, Stamina Zone, or Speed Zone.

Endurance Zone: Recovery and Build Aerobic Capacity.

Stamina Zone: Increase Lactate Threshold Pace

Speed Zone: Help Top End Speed and Consolidate your Stride
