Prehab/Video-on-Demand Access

Go to mcmillanrunning.com and select "My Videos" in the Login dropdown in the top right hand corner.

Next, on the Video on Demand page, select the tab for your type of video. Then, click "View Page" to access your video(s).

Bookmark the page for easy access in the future.
