Hop on the treadmill, fire up the video (tablet or phone stationed on your treadmill) and run with me along one of my favorite trails in Marin County California - the Dias Ridge Trail. We'll head out for 20 minutes to the overlook over Muir Beach and the Pacific Ocean before heading back to the trailhead (40-minute total run). Ready? Set? Go!
