This plan is too easy/hard for me?
We offer a series of training plans ranging from Level 1 to Level 5. These levels are designed to accommodate a wide range of fitness and experience levels.
If you find that a plan feels too easy, consider stepping up to the next level to increase your challenge and progress. On the other hand, if a plan feels too demanding, don’t hesitate to step down to a lower level to ensure you’re training safely and sustainably.
Each plan also includes ranges for certain workouts—such as distance, pace, or duration. These ranges are there to help you customize and fine-tune the plan to better suit your current fitness level and goals.
For example, if the Level 4 plan feels a bit too challenging but the Level 3 plan isn’t quite enough, you can find a middle ground. Try hitting the higher end of the ranges in the Level 3 plan, or the lower end of the ranges in the Level 4 plan. This allows for a more personalized training experience while still keeping you on track.
