How to delete or copy workouts in your plan

To delete or copy workouts in Final Surge, you can use the calendar drag-and-drop functionality or the "Copy/Move/Delete" feature. To copy a workout, hold down the SHIFT key while dragging it to another day. To delete a workout, you can use the trash can icon next to it or the "Copy/Move/Delete" feature. 


Copying Workouts:

  • Shift + Drag: Hold down the SHIFT key on your keyboard and drag a workout to a new day on the calendar. This will create a copy of the workout on the new date. 


  • Copy/Move/Delete Feature: Click on the plus sign (+) next to the calendar day where you want to start copying. Select "Copy/Move/Delete" from the dropdown menu. You can then select the date range and copy the workouts to those days. 


Deleting Workouts:
  • Trash Can Icon: Find the workout you want to delete and look for the trash can icon. Click on it to delete the workout. 


  • .Copy/Move/Delete Feature: Click on the plus sign (+) next to the calendar day where you want to start deleting. Select "Copy/Move/Delete" from the dropdown menu. You can then select the date range and delete the workouts. 


Deleting Training Plans:
  • Plan History: Go to "Training Plans" and then "Plan History".
  • Adjust Plan: Click on "Adjust Plan" for the training plan you want to remove.
  • Trash Can Icon: Scroll down and click on the trash can icon to delete the plan.
