How to move days around?
To move individual workouts in Final Surge, use the drag-and-drop feature in the calendar view. Hold down the workout you want to move, then drag it to its new desired date. You can also copy workouts by holding down the Shift key while dragging.
- Navigate to the Calendar: Open the Final Surge app and go to the "Calendar" view.
- Select the Workout: Tap and hold the workout you want to move.
- Drag and Drop: Continue holding the workout and drag it to the new date you want to move it to.
- Release: Drop the workout on the selected date.
Repeat: Follow these steps to move any other workouts you need to.

Shift + Drag:
To copy a workout instead of moving it, hold down the Shift key while dragging.

Workout Library:
You can also drag workouts from your workout library directly onto the calendar to add new ones.

Multiple Workouts:
You can move multiple workouts at once by selecting a date range and shifting them to a new date range.

Shifting Training Plan Dates:
If you need to shift the dates of an entire training plan, you can do so by accessing the plan history and using the edit icon.
