How to add or delete a plan?
Selecting a training plan within McMillan Running for Desktop Users:
Selecting a training plan within McMillan Running for mobile users OPTION 1:
Step 1: Once logged in, go to menu on the left hand side of your Final Surge app.
Step 2: Scroll down to “Training Plans.”
Step 3: Search/browse for the training plan you would like to apply to your calendar.
Step 4: Select the plan you would like to apply, and hit “apply plan.”
Step 5: Select the plan you would like to apply, and enter your current fitness and goal times.
Step 6: Select your start and/or end dates and select “apply.” The plan will now be viewable in your calendar.
Selecting a training plan within McMillan Running for mobile users OPTION 2:
Step 1: Once logged in, click on the plus sign in your calendar and select “add a training plan.”
Step 2: Select “apply plan”
Step 3: Select the plan you would like to apply, and enter your current fitness and goal times.
Step 4: Select your start and/or end dates and select “apply.” The plan will now be viewable in your calendar.
