Changing from HR to Pace to Power?


Your McMillan Training Plan can be changed from Pace, %MaxHR, %ThreHR, and %Functional Threshold Power. 


You can use our calculator at McMillan Running to get your specific training numbers. 


Once those values are calculated, you can plug them into your TrainingPeaks Profile under “Zones”. 

Under each activity you can use the drop down menu to select the metric you would like to train with.
